She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Lewis and Della Laura Miller (Scott); her husband Robert Arvin; and her siblings, Norma Berger, Margaret Miller and Earl Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Edward Bullock of Decatur, Scott Bullock (Carol) of Peosta, IA and Paula DeAnn Bullock of Decatur; her grandchildren, Shannon Dickerson (Matt), Joshua Bullock, Kendra Williams (Josh) and Chad Bullock (Kayla); and her great grandchildren, Trevin Dickerson, Lucy, Harper Williams and Eli Bullock.
