We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2021, at the age of 60, Erin Maureen Gillespie of Decatur, Illinois, born in San Diego, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Gillespie and Cynthia Gillespie (Short); her son Sean Gillespie (Melissa) of Decatur; her siblings, Robert Gillespie Jr. (Rebecca) of Minnesota, James Gillespie (Michelle) of Decatur, Bridget Drake (Doug) of Decatur, MaryKate Ingram of Decatur and Matthew Gillespie (Alison) of Blue Mound; and her grandchildren, Chelsea, Sean Jr. and Mason. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
