Cooley (Decatur, Illinois), born in Cradley, West Midlands, who passed away on January 9, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tallis and May Tallis (Syner). She is survived by: her daughters, Judy M. Stewart (Jim) of Decatur, Beverly J. Gillespie (Allan) of Forsyth, Thelma A. Young (Randy) of Decatur and Annette E. Murphy (Mark) of Decatur; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jim, Kara, Alicia, Brian and Amanda. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
