He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ervin and Cora Mae Middleton, Sr. (Caraker); and his siblings, Marcus Taft and Lydia Isaacs. He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Middleton of Michigan; and his siblings, James Middleton, Leonard Middleton, Pat Wagoner and Becky Fees.
