He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fornwalt; his children, Stephen Clifton of Decatur and Heather Fisk (Andrew) of Portageville, Missouri; his siblings, Dawn White, Debbie Valentine and Thomas Clifton Sr.; his grandchildren, Kameron Fisk (Bailey), Emma Fisk and Mason Fisk; and his great grandchild Kingsley Fisk. He is also survived by one uncle; and a host of nieces and nephews.
