He was predeceased by: his daughter Penny Renee Durbin; his parents, Jesse F. Durbin and Hazel B. Durbin; his siblings, Jesse Durbin Jr., Wayne Durbin, Benny Durbin, Gary Durbin, Charlotte Stafford and Ina Obrien; and his significant other Janice Lee Force.
He is survived by: his sister Elma Pallone of Decatur; his children, Mark Dougles Durbin and Patricia Kay Altherr (Tim) of Decatur; his grandchildren, Christopher Michael Becker of Illiopolis, Makayla Renee Durbin of Missouri and Ryan James Altherr of Decatur; his great grandchild Evelyn Kay Becker; and his daughters, Vicky England and Paula Durbin of Decatur. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
