Dorothy Lucille Phillips Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lucille Phillips of Decatur, Illinois, born in Ashmore, Illinois, who passed away on June 8, 2022 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Ralph Bloxom and John Bloxom. She is survived by: her daughter Iona Bloxom (Larrabee); her husband Robert H. Phillips; her sons, Kevin Reynolds, George Reynolds (Angela) and Greg Hillis; her siblings, Jerry Bloxom (Eileen), Joe Bloxom (Debbie) and Doris Smith; and her sister-in-law Rita Bloxom. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
