We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2024, at the age of 92, Doris Basnett of Decatur, Illinois, born in Elmer, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris Basnett to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parrett and Lois Parrett (Richardson); her husband William E. Basnett; and her son Robert C. Basnett. She is survived by: her son Daniel Basnett of Decatur. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.

Memorials in Doris' honor may be made to Good Samaritan Inn, Decatur or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
