She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald J. Gaddis and Lodema M. Gaddis (Maxedon); her husband Donovan Roper; her son Gene Allen Crosby; her great grandchild Miles Crosby; and her brother Richard Dean Gaddis.
She is survived by: her sons, Darryl Lee Crosby of Springfield and Jeremy Jay Crosby of Illiopolis, Illinois; and her sister Dorothy Gilmore (Darrell) of Decatur. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren.
