“My dad and I had a very complicated relationship.But when I look back,there were some wonderful memories.He taught me very well about softball,camping, fishing,etc.Him and I had some conversations just between us that I still rely on to this day. When I was critically injured,he was there and helped my family and I.Although we were distant from each other, I did think of him a lot and let my kids know how much he had taught me.I learned a lot from him.We love you Dad....................”

“I can’t begin to explain what this man has done for me and my family over the years. I think we were blessed to have been a part of his life. I am so saddened that he will be missed by those around him and especially Mindy Herman who he made a promise to take of her and even in his dying wishes he did just that. Don was a great friend and family member who will be missed. Love to the family that needs to accomplish his final wishes Rest In Peace Don Newingham.”
