He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Douglas and Violet Myrtle Heath (Shafer); his former wife Barbara Heath; his siblings, Roland A. Heath, Terry L. Heath, Gayman E. Heath, Allen B. Heath and Beatrice Allen; his great grandchild Emma Ahrens; and his cousins, Walley Allen, Clyde Windsor, Dick Windsor, Virginia Sherer and Maxine McQuaid.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hendriex; his daughters, Lynn Heath and Michaele Ahrens; his granddaughter Bethany Ahrens (Dean Bond); his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Bryson Ahrens; and his sister-in-law Alice Barnett. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
