He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Parkison; and his sister Evelyn Parkison. He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy Kennedy; his children, Leonard Parkison (Joleen), George Parkison (Trish) and Viola Beyer; his stepchildren, Lonnie Linn (LoAnn) of Port Angeles, WA, Nancy Duez (Tom), Lyle Linn and Pana; and his daughter-in-law Marcia Parkison of Taylorville. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
