He was predeceased by: his brother Wayne Arthur; and his parents-in-law, William and Mary Alice Rule. He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Rule); his children, Leslie Ann Caldwell (Tom) and Douglas William (Liz); his grandchildren, Walker of Griffin, EJ, Adeline and Charlie; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Rule, Dan Rule (Lori) and Nancy White. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
