She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Lou and Pauline Ferrell Garrett (Robinson); and her nephew Jason Pickering of Decatur. She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria Bryant of Decatur and Michael Garrett of Texas; her niece Angela Garner of Decatur; her great-nephew Trenton Woods; and her great-niece Erica Davis of Minnesota.
