It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Roberts of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leverette Hardy and Velma Hardy (Fitzpatrick); and her sisters, Norma Eversole and Shirley Berner. She is survived by: her husband John Douglas Roberts; her daughters, Debbie Moore (Craig) of Niantic and Sharon Russell (Mike) of Mascoutah; her grandchildren, Trent Moore (Angela) of Monticello, Drew Moore (Kristin) of Bloomington, Emily Beever (Jim) of Mascoutah, Johathan Russell (Brittany) of Mascoutah and Jessica Busch (Ryan) of St. Libory; and her brother Dean Hardy (Jackie) of Shelbyville. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home - Decatur (2827 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Sunnyside Road Church of Christ, or the Alzheimer's Association.
