She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hayes and Vera Lou Taylor; her children, Linda Hayes of Decatur, Sheila Hayes of Decatur and Randle Hayes of Decatur; and her siblings, Robert Nicholson of Decatur, Logan Nicholson of Urbana, Robert Hayes, Keith Hayes and Gussie Reed of Decatur. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
