He was predeceased by: his parents, John Strocher and Ruby Strocher (Rutherford); his wife Patricia Strocher; his son Timothy Strocher; and his brother Robert Strocher.
He is survived by: his children, Dave Strocher and Tammy Strocher; his siblings, John Strocher (Kathy) and Shirley Mae Dillman (David); his daughter-in-law Heather Strocher; and his grandchildren, Derek, Dustin (Alesha), Dale (Jessica) and Nicole (James).
