It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Lynne Harding of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Black and Wilma Black Sr. (Wagoner); and her brother Robbie Black. She is survived by: her husband Richard Harding; her children, Christopher Harding (Katie), Patrick Harding (Liz), Matthew Harding, Nicholas Harding (Amanda), Zachary Harding (Rebecca) and Brittany Harding; and her sister Malinda Black.
