With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Ann Hartman of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Neal and Ina Mae Barnett (Walter); her son Jayson Hartman; and her sisters, Shirley Eads, Vivian Barnett and Linda McCoy.
She is survived by: her sister Kaye Hale (James); and her brothers-in-law, Jack L. McCoy and Dean F. Eads. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
