She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wayne and Lena Elzora Sparks (Smith); and her siblings, William and Carol. She is survived by: her husband Tim Thomas; her daughter Farrah McCray (Larry) of Lake Charles, LA; her grandchildren, Jenny, Tim, Jr. (Tess), Leiloni, Tim, Jon, Joe, Larry III, Breanda, Ruby, Michael, Sabrina, Alex, Kya and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Justin, Sarah, Bella Jo, Abigail and Sandy; and her brother Bob Sparks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brintlinger and Earl Funeral Home - Decatur (2827 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
