With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheri Quinlan of Decatur, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Richard Harshbarger; and her brothers, Mike Embree and Bill Embree. She is survived by: her mother Shirley Harshbarger; her children, Shawn Lahniers of Decatur and Brandon Tulak of Decatur; her grandchildren, Breanna Lahniers and Shelbi Reynolds (Bailey); her great grandchild Vayda Reynolds; her siblings, Deb Marshall (Vern) of Decatur, Paula Huckile of Iowa, Tammy Creason of Decatur and Kelly Harshbarger; her close friend Ted Campbell; and her friend Laura Jewell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
