She is survived by: her sons, Doug Fortner (Cindy) of Decatur, IL and Rick Fortner of Morton, IL; her grandchildren, Kimberly Fortner of Florida and Timothy Fortner (Tiffany) of Metamora, IL; her great grandchildren, Timothy Fortner, Travis Fortner, Tayla Fortner, Theo Fortner and Katie Fortner of Metamora, IL; her sister Ethel Baker of Harristown, IL; and her nieces, Charyl and Becky.
