It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charline M. Ratcliff of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Tate and Teresa Tate (Anderson); her husband Herbert Ratcliff; and her grandson Philip Ratcliff. She is survived by: her children, Janice Schwalbe (Larry), Steve Ratcliff (Caroline) of Homosassa, FL and David Ratcliff of Decatur; her siblings, Dick Tate (Pat) of Florida and Linda Poland of Decatur; and her grandchildren, Julie Miller (Tony), Carrie Schwalbe, Katie Schwalbe, Kelli Berry (Calvin) and Keith Ratcliff (Megan). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
