He was predeceased by: his sons, Gary Works and Delbert Cason. He is survived by: his former wife Pearl Jones; his wife Ethel Works; his daughters, Annetta Salley (Jody), Christine Works, Denise Works-Inostroza, Michelle Gaskin and Kristy Reed (Clifton); his siblings, Harvey Works (Gloria), Genevieve Adams (David) and Faye Hayes; his aunt Dollie Banks; and his extended family Greater Mt. He is also survived by 8 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 4 great grandsons, a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws.
