He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Kilzer and Blanche Kilzer (Maddox); his wife Shirley Jean Laswell of Decatur; his children, Vicky Smith (Jeff) of Decatur, Cindy Boyle (Robert) of Decatur and Allen Kilzer (Kathy) of Decatur; and his stepdaughter Dawn Brown of Decatur.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Graceland Cemetery (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Macon United Methodist Church.
