Cecle E. Barclay Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecle E. Barclay of Decatur, Illinois, born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on August 9, 2020 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Barclay and Mary McCommac Barclay; and his brothers, Harold and Mike. He is survived by: his wife Diane Harlow; his daughters, Amber Allen (Mike) of Monticello and MaraBeth Barclay of Decatur; his grandchildren, Megan, Jayden, Ethan and Lucas; and his sister Carol Fechtmeister (Jim) of Poseyville, IN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
