She was predeceased by: her parents, George Cecil and Daisy Mildred Payne (Brown); and her husband Harold A. Sloan. She is survived by: her children, Rodger Sloan (Shawnee) of Decatur, Scott Sloan (Cindy) of Decatur, Todd Sloan (Mary) of Decatur, Janelle Peters of Castle Rock, CO and Jill Skidmore (Steve) of Decatur. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
