She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Strahle and Helen Strahle (Kramer); her husband A. Louis Waltens; her siblings, Ernest Strahle, Jr. and Margaret Colbert (Strahle); her nieces, Tracey Voyles (Strahle) and Debbie Thomas (Waltens); and her nephew Steve Waltens.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Terri Delbridge (Mark) of Decatur, IL, Kris Jackson (John) of Dalton City, IL, Dianne Larson (Mike) of Wisconsin, Steve Strahle (Randee) of O'Fallon, MO, Mike Colbert (Shelly) of Argyle, TX, Bill Colbert (Annette) of Bourbonnais, IL and Dan Waltens (Michelle) of Wisconsin; and her sisters-in-law, Rose Strahle of Decatur, IL and Arleen Mayberry of Ocala, FL..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (130 W Eldorado St, Decatur, IL 62522). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church or Lutheran School Association.
