She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Gneckow and Eleanor Marian Gneckow (Fribourg); and her husband Maurice E. "Morey" Woods. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Woods (Joy) and Mark Woods; her brother John Gneckow (Carol); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Southerland (John), Jeremy Woods (Heidi), Brandon Woods (Jennifer) and Cody Woods (Jenna). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Carol's honor can be made to Elwin United Methodist Church.
