Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carol Colbeck (Decatur, Illinois), born in Delbarton, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 75, on June 28, 2018. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wheeler Justice and Gladys Justice (Farley); her children, Tracy Hay (Brian) and Richard Colbeck (Lorrie); and her husband Richard.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittany Wickart (Kevin), Austin Colbeck, Tim Hay, Alex Hay (Michelle), Sadie Smith (Kenny), Andrea Watson (Tyler) and Becky Hay; her great grandchild Alara Watson; and her nieces, Ronda Moore of Nevada and Melissa Youngblood (Jesse) of Tennessee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
