She was predeceased by: her parents, Wheeler Justice and Gladys Justice (Farley); her children, Tracy Hay (Brian) and Richard Colbeck (Lorrie); and her husband Richard.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Brittany Wickart (Kevin), Austin Colbeck, Tim Hay, Alex Hay (Michelle), Sadie Smith (Kenny), Andrea Watson (Tyler) and Becky Hay; her great grandchild Alara Watson; and her nieces, Ronda Moore of Nevada and Melissa Youngblood (Jesse) of Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
