Beverly Kay Trueblood Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Beverly Kay Trueblood of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lester Trueblood; her children, Thomas Trueblood, Leslie Ferguson, Mindy Trueblood and Lucindie Miller; her siblings, William Smith and Sharon Frye; and her son-in-law Charles Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Smith (Linda), Tina Smith of Peoria, Laura Abbott (Russell) of Flora and Venus Harrington (Ronnell) of Decatur. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives, church family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tabernacle Baptist Church (650 N Wyckles Rd, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at the South Macon Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Beverly Trueblood Memorial Fund c/o Venus Harrington.
