With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bettie A Roderick of Decatur, Illinois, born in Macon, Illinois, who passed away on August 16, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Adams and Edna Adams (Jones); and her son-in-law Dan Ellis. She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Holt (Ed) of Decatur and Ruth Ellis of Mt. Zion; her sister Patricia Sorrell of Shelbyville; her grandchildren, Rachelle Parra of Mt. Zion and Andrew Ellis (Sarah) of Mt. Zion; her great grandchildren, Isa Parra and Cora Ellis; and also Tom Welsh.
