She was predeceased by: her parents, Gernon Osman and Mildred Osman (White); and her stepgrandson Christopher Osman. She is survived by: her husband Randall Scoggins of Decatur; her children, Richard of Decatur, George (Sadie) of Decatur and Brandi (Joe) of Decatur; her daughter-in-law Crystal Osman; her siblings, Mary Ann Foutch of Maywood, MO, Sandra Ralston (Bob) of Macon, MO, Dean Osman (Donna) of Clinton, MO, Gary, Larry and Rick Osman; her siblings-in-law, Charlie Foutch and Donna Osman; and her stepdaughter Crystal Diggs. She is also survived by many loving Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
