He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Asay and Evelyn Asay (Sphar). He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Asay (Dianne) of Mt. Zion, Alice Kirk (Ron) of Houston and Timothy Asay of Garrettsville, Ohio. He is also survived by one niece; two nephews; and two great-nieces.
