She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Meriweather Sr. and Odelia Simpson; her daughters, Deborah Denise Hayes and Charlotte Renee Echols-Walker; her siblings, Beatrice Dillard, Gwendolyn Mariweather (Blanche), Patricia Davis James Frazier, Brenda White, Kim Mariweather and Joseph Meriweather Jr.; and her sons, Kenneth C Echols, William Echols and Eric. She was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
