She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond James and Ada Lillian James (Summers); her son Louis E "Punkin"; her sister Shirley McBride; and her brother-in-law Thomas Shafer.
She is survived by: her husband John R. Karas; her children, John Robert "Robbie" Karas II (Carey) and Lori Johnson; her grandson Blake Karas; her siblings, Dennis James (Patty), Sandra Shafer and Rick Karas (Joyce); and her cousin JoNeil Havens. She is also survived by 5 other grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO COVID-19: visitation limit of 50 person capacity at one time; funeral limit to 50 persons; facial coverings required; and social distancing yourself from others.
Memorials may be made to the Crossroads Tabernacle Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
