We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2024, at the age of 92, Vera Crawford of Dawson, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Vera's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Vera has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Smokey" Williams and Faye Williams (Stuart); her husband James C. "Jim" Crawford; her son Michael Neil Davis; and her siblings, Nellie B. Runkel, Harold "Bus" of Springfield and Donald Williams of Springfield.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Harold Robinett (late Michelle) of Buffalo and Bradley Dean Robinett (Tami) of Mechanicsburg; and her stepchildren, Nancy Haynes, Jamie Cilladi (David) of Mesa, AZ, Denise Crawford of Lincoln, IL and James Crawford, Jr. of Prescott, AZ. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
