It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Lois Rentschler of Dawson, Illinois, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo F. "Butch" Bowman and Cennie M. Bowman (Graham); her husband Fred Rentschler; her daughter JoAnna; and her sister Doris.
She is survived by: her son Otto Rentschler (Leigh Ann); her grandchildren, Nolan, Frederic and Ceeney; and her siblings, Ken Bowman (Marvena) and Ruth Frye (Ron).
Memorial donations may be made to the Mechanicsburg Cemetery Association.
