He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Lewis and Mozelle Lewis (Williams). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Schuyler; his children, Keith Lewis and Cindy Walski; his grandchildren, Danielle, Andrew and Chris; and his great grandchildren, Alyvia, Ben, Jason, Caspian and Wyatt.
