He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Parrish and Edna Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Wurth; his daughters, Jennifer Fishburn (Brian) of Mechanicsburg and Rebecca Mourey (David) of Dawson; his grandchildren, Aaron and Rachel Fishburn; his stepgranddaughter Emma Mourey; and his sisters, Dianne Ross (Roger) and Donna D'Avalos (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriner's Children's Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
