She was predeceased by: her parents, George Miller and Flora Miller (Fishburn); and her son Billy Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Denise Ann Skaggs of Springfield, Tonia Ekis (Skaggs) of Illiopolis and Todd Allen Skaggs of Vandalia; her sister Georgia Dillon (Miller) of Riverton; her grandchildren, Kassandra Dodd Casey (Josh), Vanessa Ekis, Joshua Dodd (Kelly), Eddy Ekis (Barbie), Preston Dodd (Roy Lowrey), Jonny Ekis (Megan McKinney) and Jacob Ekis; her niece Sara Dillon; and her nephew Robbie Dillon. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
