He was predeceased by: his brother Stephen Brent; and his grandparents, Howard Chumbley, Suzanna Chumbley and Bill Risley. He is survived by: his children, Zachary and Rebecca Chumbley; his siblings, Stephanie Chumbley of LaPlace, Danny Chumbley of Illiopolis and Brian Chumbley of Danville; his parents, Donald and Pamela of Lake City; his grandmother Flossie Risley of Arthur; and also Makenna. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
