We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2019, at the age of 87, Cleon Bell (Dawson, Illinois), born in Rochester, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilburn Leach and Lottie Leach (Hunt). She is survived by: her husband Paul Freeman Bell; her children, Deb Heaberlin (Steve) of Springfield and Roger Bell (Megan) of Niantic; her grandsons, Jeremy Bell (Emily) of Plainfield and Adam Bell of Seattle, WA.; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Maddyn and Merrin Bell; and her brother Lyman Leach. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Westside Christian Church or the Land of Lincoln Honor Flight.
