It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Christensen of Davis, Illinois, born in Maple Park, Illinois, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Christensen and Ethel Christensen (Perkins); and his brother Leslie Christensen. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Peters; his daughters, Denise Eggum (Don) of Elgin, Bobbie Sue Reuter (Jeff) of Davis and Linda Reed (Deke) of Palatine; his grandchildren, Chad Eggum (Kelly) of Gilbert, AZ, Lindsey Thornton (Darin) of Elgin, Jennifer Nuehring (Dan) of Beaufort, SC, Sara Spaulding of Beaufort, SC, Christopher Reuter of Rockford and Ashlee Casado (Ben) of Orangeville; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Riley, Brooklyn Eggum, Kara, Kyle Nuehring, Presley Spaulding, Leif Dejager, Dezmond Thornton and Roman Casado; and his niece Cindy Yearton Lambert (John).
