He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Pehl and Vera Pehl (Chase); and his sister Holly Pehl-Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Pehl; his children, Emily Matthews (John) of Brookfield, IL, Matt Pehl of Rockford, IL, Jennifer Lange of New York and Kelly Manuel (Chris) of Roscoe, IL; his grandchildren, Adin, Lucille Matthews, Isabell, Stella Vettori, Jack, Andrew and Annabell Manuel; his sister Nancy McWilliams (Bernie) of Rockford, IL; his nieces and nephews, Eric Johnson (Teresa Weston), Brock McWilliams (Heidi), Jennifer McWilliams-Dunbar (Travis), Erica Johnson and Heidi Johnson; and his precious, Schnauzer, Dolly and Tim. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews; cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to the family.
