He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Phillips and Luella Phillips; his daughter Dawn; and his brother Jerome. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Martin; his sons, Lloyd (Mindy) of Belvidere and Jason (Angela) of South Beloit; his grandchildren, Travis (Maggie), Nathan (Raelea), Natalie, Logan and Zachary; and his great grandchild Deklan.
