He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Klever and Bertha Klever (Ubben); his great grandchild Kaiden DeMay; his siblings, Larry Klever and Shirley Martin; and his brother-in-law Donald Althafer.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Rickert of Davis, IL; his children, Terry Klever (Janet) of Davis and Tanya Collins (Michael) of Gurnee, IL; his grandchildren, Stacy DeMay (Jeremy) of Prophetstown, IL and Shane Klever of Davis; his great grandchildren, Kora, Kailynn DeMay, Norah and Ellie Klever; his siblings, Patsy Althafer of Davis and Robert Klever (Pam) of Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Klever of Davis, Cliff Martin of Juda, WI, John Rickert (Sue) of Freeport and William Rickert (Sandra) of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established in his name.
