She is survived by: her mother Mary Hart (Smith); her husband Mark; her children, Andy (Grace), Tony, Noah, Mary and Anna Collins; her brother Jeff Hart (Kelly); her nieces and nephews, Becca Huber (Jay), Katie Tonnesen (Josh), Grace Martin (Ray), Michael Hart and Tyler Hart; and her pets, Tiara and Jasmine. She is also survived by one great-niece and three great- nephews.
