He is survived by: his spouse Ann Banaszak; his child Jennifer Banaszak; his siblings, Rick Banaszak (Sandy) and Larry Banaszak (Denise); his nieces and nephews, Melissa Banaszak, Jon Banaszak (Megan), Rebecca Banaszak, Heather Castorena (Lalo), Andrea Vyuk (Gerrit), Rachel Banaszak, David Banaszak, James Borden, Allison Borden, Tristan Borden, Christopher Mizura and Katie Banaszak; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Borden (James) and Lloyd Mizura.
