He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hartney and Dorothy Hartney; and his sisters, Mary Ann Martino (late John) and Patricia Wolfram (late James). He is survived by: his wife Deborah; and his siblings, Robert Hartney (Nancy), Donna Buchanan, James Hartney and Deborah McEllin (Robert).
